From an early age, I was drawn to physical activity and personal growth. But it wasn’t until college, after facing burnout, that I truly understood the power of the mind-body connection. I’ve experienced firsthand how one positive habit can transform your life. While we may not always be able to change the challenges we face, we can always cultivate a sense of grounding and joy, no matter the circumstances.
